Permata Bumi Enterprise was founded on 07/07/2008 by its Founder Mrs. Rusaimah Binti Sani who is a child of a Fisherman's Family from Kampung Piasau Utara, Miri Sarawak. Fish catching & processing activities since childhood followed Mother & father which was the main income of the family at that time. Ever since I was a child I worked in a fish factory when I was 10 years old after school to help my family. The main processing when I was a child with my mother was processing salted fish, belacan. fish satay & shrimp papaya to cover the family's expenses. After 1995 (after STPM), the Founder was active in social & economic activities in the KUNITA Association (FISHING WOMEN GROUP) PNKM as the Association's secretary. Various economic activities were carried out to generate income for fishing families at that time. In addition to side work in his free time through association activities, the Founder worked as Account Administrator & Administrative Director for Oil & Gas Company at Camp Maintenance for Shell & Petronas projects for 15 years to gain knowledge in the business field. After June 2008, i.e. after returning from a working visit in Thailand with LKIM Entrepreneurs, the founder decided to open a company based on the processing of seafood products which has the potential to be marketed throughout Malaysia @ Brunei and other countries .
